My son started NILD educational Therapy at the end of 5th grade At that time, he was reading and writing at the 1st grade level He received special education services for his learning disabilities starting in 1st grade, yet he wasn’t making progress. I wasn’t sure if college was going to be in the picture for him Throughout educational therapy his skills slowly increased. He was catching up to his peers throughout middle school. By the time he graduated high school he was on grade level. He was able to successfully complete college and is now a successful adult with great thinking, reasoning and problem solving skills.
